About the event
We will have about fifteen speakers lined up to present on the merits of the Mills Act and why Los Gatos shouldn't be the only town of its size in the state that has yet to have adopted it. By having you attend with us, we will have a strong presence that will help to convey to the town council the overwhelming demand by the citizens of our historic neighborhoods to access its economic benefits that ease the burden of maintaining and preserving these older homes and commercial properties.
